At SOCIA, every piece is created with care and intention. Please read the following policy carefully before placing your order.
Right to Cancel
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your item, without providing a reason, unless the item is made to order (see exclusions below).
The cancellation period expires 14 days from the day you, or a third party nominated by you, receive the goods.
Made-To-Order Items
Most SOCIA products are made to order, meaning each item is produced specifically for you once your order is placed.
Because of this:

Made-to-order items are not eligible for refunds or returns unless the item is faulty, defective, or incorrect.

This does not affect your statutory rights.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a refund or replacement.

We will assess the issue and arrange a resolution as quickly as possible.
Return Conditions (Where Applicable)
Where a return is accepted, items must:

Be unused, unworn, and unwashed

Be returned in their original condition, packaging, with tags

Be returned within 14 days of approval
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SOCIA cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. We recommend using a tracked and insured service.
Refund Processing
Once a return is approved and received:

Refunds are processed to the original payment method

Please allow 5–10 working days for funds to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable UK and EU consumer protection laws.
