3. Made-to-Order Products

  • Many SOCIA products are produced to order.

  • Production begins shortly after your order is placed.

  • Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and may vary slightly.

4. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

  • We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5. Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are typically 10–14 days unless stated otherwise.

  • Delivery times may be affected by production schedules, public holidays, or external factors beyond our control.

  • SOCIA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services once your order has been dispatched.

6. Returns & Refunds

  • As many items are made to order, returns are only accepted where an item is faulty, damaged, or incorrectly supplied.

  • We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or personal preference unless stated otherwise.

  • Any issues must be reported within 14 days of delivery with supporting evidence where applicable.

  • However, slight variations in colour or measurements may occur due to screen settings or manufacturing processes.
